As a traveler from the lovely countryside of Yorkshire, I must say that my experience at this hotel was truly exceptional. I value a warm and attentive staff, and I was pleasantly surprised by the level of care and responsiveness shown by the team here. the recent storm caused some minor damage to the property, but the issue was quickly addressed and resolved thanks to the efficient communication with Beth. The renovated cottages were truly a delight, with high-quality furniture and the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. the private garden and beautiful window views added to the charm of the place. I also appreciated the flexibility to bring my small BBQ, which made for a wonderful celebration for my daughter's 30th birthday. I had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable retreat.
